? Mentorship from the Executive Secretary or a designated representative.
? Practical experience in leadership, policy development and strategic planning.

Who can apply?
? Nationals of ECA member States, residing anywhere worldwide.
? Relevant master’s degree and at least seven years of relevant professional experience.
? Under 40 on the deadline; women with children under 45 may also be considered.
? Fluent in English or French.
? Not employed by the UN Secretariat/ECA.
