Welcome Pepper!
Pepper
A robot at the airport? Who would have thought?! Well, Brussels Airport has! The robot BRUce Pepper will be making his first appearance at the airport on Tuesday 27 June. You’ll find him immediately after passing through security. This little guy will be able to help you with all kinds of things, like scanning your boarding pass and telling you which way you have to go.
Perhaps we’ll see your selfie with Pepper on social media soon? Don’t forget to share it using #brusselsairport.

Our special family lane at security will once again be open for the summer. Since last Wednesday (28/6) families travelling can make use of a dedicated lane keeping their young ones happy and entertained. The family lane will be available until 4 September, so your holiday can well and truly begin at Brussels Airport!
