I recently had the incredible opportunity to shadow some of our amazing Passport and Security Inspectors (PSIs) at Brussels Airlines, and let me tell you, it was an eye-opening experience!

Our PSI colleagues are the example of versatility. They seamlessly blend customer service finesse with assertiveness and attention to detail, all while maintaining constant communication with their ground colleagues amongst others. From administrative tasks to gate checks for passports and visas, boarding planes for departures and even provide essential training and guidance on travel documents, regulations, and forgery detection to our security handlers on-site in our outstations in Africa. Their job is dynamic and varied.
