| Keep your distance |
| We ask all passengers to keep a social distance of 1.5 m. We have implemented several measures in the past weeks to make our passengers aware of the need to respect social distance: stickers indicating the distance, posters and screens containing essential information, as well as an audio broadcast played with the same message and checks by the airport staff and the federal police. Respecting this social distance is, of course, in everyone’s interest. It is the most effective measure to prevent the spread of the virus. |

| Picking up a friend or relative |
| Passengers arriving at Brussels Airport are only returning passengers. The advice to these passengers is to go home by public transport or taxi.
Public transport remains active, the Airport Express between Brussels Airport and Antwerp is no longer in service, but taxi services and their alternatives remain in service, provided that the number of passengers is limited and hygiene measures are reinforced. |

| The arrival hall remains open as usual, but the social- distance rule (1.5 m) is applicable in all circumstances. Furthermore, we recommend you to wait outside the airport building or in carparks P2 or P3 to pick them up. |
