In a mind boggling development has Canada just extended the travel ban against anyone coming from Uganda over supposed Ebola concerns.
Uganda had been officially declared Ebola free by the World Health Organization and before that by the Ugandan Ministry of Health but this fact seems to have fallen on deaf ears by the Canadian authorities.
It is expected that Uganda’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs will take up with matter with the Canadian government to seek a reversal of the ban.
