Held at ICAO Headquarters in Montréal, the event brought together States, industry leaders, international organizations, academia, and environmental experts to examine the opportunities, challenges, and actions needed to advance aviation’s environmental objectives.
Under the theme “One Global Path: Advancing Net-Zero Aviation,” the programme explored a wide range of topics, including:
Implementation support and capacity-building for States
Climate adaptation, resilience, and operational measures
Financing mechanisms to de-risk sustainable investments, and partnerships to support the sector’s long-term environmental objectives
