Change at the helm of Brussels Airlines’ Kampala office

BRUSSELS AIRLINES REPAINTS AN A330 FOR THE FIFA WORLD CUP

Regular travelers on Brussels Airlines from their East African destinations Entebbe, Kigali, Bujumbura and Nairobi will have to do with the pictures posted here of an A330 long range jet, which will according to information received from the SN office in Kampala only be deployed to fly the Belgian national football team, dubbed the Red Devils, to Brazil, alongside their fans on charter flight SN 2014. The aircraft’s entire cabin was redecorated with images of the Belgian national team and as shown above was the plane repainted to demonstrate the spirit of the country as the FIFA World Cup 2014 is now underway.

There were added news from the Brussels Airlines Kampala office which announced the departure of Benjamin Puissant, who completed his 3 year tenure as country manager of the airline and who will return to flight duty as a pilot when back in Belgium. He is handing over to Sebastian Spijkers and will befittingly hold his farewell reception when Belgium is playing their second FIFA World Cup match, featuring the game on the big screen as the famous Belgian beer and Belgian chocolates and pralines are served to invited guest.
