Coastal Aviation names Dolly Estate and Lake Natron as next destinations

DOLLY ESTATE AT KILIGOLF TO BE A REGULAR COASTAL AVIATION DESTINATION

(Posted 13th October 2016)

Following a report on fleet additions yesterday was it finally possible to get the Coastal Aviation management to confirm their planned new destinations.
One, Dolly Estate, is notably near Usa River outside Arusha, which will allow safari clients, business travelers and of course golfers who aim to tee off at KiliGolf to have almost direct access to the course and the neighbouring communities. The date when flights will commence will be announced here in due course.
The destination will be a scheduled stop, normally served with one of the airline’s reliable Cessna C208B Grand Caravans.
For June next year did the airline’s CEO Julian Edmunds then name Lake Natron as an additional stop over destination, probably in combination with flights to the Serengeti and Manyara, finally opening up the Lake Natron area to visitors preferring to fly in rather than having to take the arduous and long road journey from Arusha.
Coastal is best known for their tourist flights from Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar and Mafia and national parks and reserves like the Selous, Ruaha, Rubondo and of course across the northern circuit out of the Arusha Municipal field to Manyara, and the various airstrips across the Serengeti.
