Ethiopian Airlines, currently flying once a day from Addis Ababa to the Seychelles, has confirmed that from 01st of December 2026 a second daily flight will be introduced.

Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s largest aviation group, will then offer travelers from across their growing network, a twice a say option to fly on from Addis to Mahe, reducing the layover period currently experienced from some destinations, considerably.

Seychelles tourism sources have warmly welcomed this move as it will allow travelers from all global Ethiopian Airlines destinations to fly to the Seychelles with (in most cases) just one stop enroute.

It should be noted though that passengers, even those originating from Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Far East, will require a valid yellow fever inoculation cards as a result of transiting through an African airport.
