Air Tanzania’s first Airbus A220-300 has earlier today completed the required pre-delivery test flights, completing the work done by Airbus.
When the aircraft next takes to the air it will be as an acceptance flight by Air Tanzania and then ferry to Dar es Salaam via several waypoints for refuelling and of course already bearing the Tanzanian registration 5H-TCH.
The aircraft, formerly known as a Bombardier CSeries C300, will then be joined by a sistership not long afterwards which is also at an advanced stage of assembly right now.
Courtesy of #Fliegerfaust was a video from Mark Brandon obtained, which shows several test elements being performed earlier today to ascertain that all systems work and the aircraft can, upon completion of legal and regulatory requirements, enter service for Air Tanzania.
