#KaribuKiliFair2023 ante portas …

(Posted 01st June 2023)

As East Africa’s largest tourism trade show, the Karibu Kilifair, is soon going underway, will reports from Arusha, aka as East Africa’s safari capital, be taken on from Charlotte Beauvoisin, Publisher of the ‘Diary of a Muzungu‘ and soon also Publisher of a brand new podcast dedicated to travel in Uganda and across the Easter African region.

As Charlotte is on the way to Arusha to attend the tourism trade show, did she write:

Next stop: #Arusha and the foothills of Mt. Meru, the fourth highest mountain in #Africa!

This week I’m attending Karibu-KiliFair – June 2-4 2023 – in #Tanzania, East Africa’s biggest tourism fair. The Muzungu is thrilled to be back on the road!

What are the must-visit places in and around Arusha? I can’t wait to record my first Tanzanian podcasts! ?

On Saturday I’ll be making a presentation entitled “Practical marketing tips for promoting your tourism business.” (Will you be there?) The seminar programme includes diverse topics such as A.I. in tourism, Serengeti ecosystem clean-up, aviation cargo and destination knowledge building. I can’t wait to explore more of this incredible region.

Karibu-KiliFair is an international B2B tourism fair that promotes companies based in the #Kilimanjaro region, Tanzania, #EastAfrica and #CentralAfrica.
Over 450 exhibitors, 500+ International and East African Buyers from 40+ countries and more than 7000 visitors are expected to take part in the familiarisation trips, speed networking, and more. Live music, dance and acrobats will perform daily. At the weekend, the fair also attracts the local community.

Friday and Saturday June 2 and 3 – 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday June 4 – 10 am to 5 pm
Venue: Magereza Grounds (near Arusha Airport).
