The Uganda CAA, without any further comment or explanation, has once again extended the closure of the important Kisoro airfield, via a fresh NOTAM which reads as follows:
Starting Thursday 16th May 15:00 PM to Friday 31st May at 15:00 PM
Kisoro Runway 18/36 Closed.

Anyone who had hoped to see the airfield reopen after the last NOTAM will no doubt be disappointed, more so by the continued silence of the UCAA over the continued closure and anticipated reopening of the airfield.
