#Porini shares more of their #MagicalMoments

Gamewatchers Safaris
Dear ATC Readers,

Greetings from us all at Gamewatchers Safaris & Porini Camps!

With some of the World’s best wildlife-viewing opportunities, Kenya’s conservancies and parks have ensured that Porini Safari Camps guests have enjoyed many spectacular sights in the past few months.

The following photos are by some of the expert safari guides based at our Porini Camps. They often capture some great images whilst out on drives and guided walks with our guests.

Thanks to the support of our clients and travel partners over the years we have also won "Africa’s Leading Tented Safari Camp" and "Kenya’s Leading Safari Camp Brand", each on three occasions.

New: Meet & Assist Service at Nairobi Airport

To make arriving into Kenya as easy as possible for our guests we now offer an Airside Meet & Assist Service at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. This is in conjunction with Trade Winds Kenya who are authorized to meet guests as soon as they disembark from the aircraft.

The service is just $25 per person and includes personal assistance throughout the various stages of Port Health, Immigration (Visa applications and processing), Baggage Reclaim and Customs (baggage screening).

Guests are then handed over to our Gamewatchers Safaris driver and/or Customer Services Representative.

We are always looking at ways to improve our guests’ safari experience and we hope that you may find this service useful for your next trip.

Relive your Safari Adventure with our latest travel blog

A few months ago we welcomed author Clinton Richardson to our Porini Camps in Selenkay (Amboseli), Ol Pejeta and Olare Motorogi (Maasai Mara).

Clinton is sharing his recent safari experiences in the wilds of Africa as a wonderful series of blogs. Join him as he reminisces on the fascinating places, people and animals that he meets along the way:

Lasting Footprints Jewellery Gifts

As pioneers of the community conservancy concept in Kenya, we’re committed to helping preserve Africa’s unique wildlife and landscapes as well as supporting local communities and are delighted to have been involved in the "Lasting Footprints" jewellery collection, by sustainable Kenyan fashion company Lilabare.

The range has been entirely inspired and created using the natural phenomena found within the Masai Mara’s Olare Motorogi Conservancy. From their base at Porini Lion Camp, they were tracking mainly animal footprints with the help of Porini Lion Camp Guides, and were able to cast moulds of the wildlife found in the Conservancy, from which they have turned into beautiful pendants made from recycled brass. For every pendant sold, a seedling will be planted.

You can read more in our blog Lasting Footprints Collection and you can view designs and purchase by clicking here.

For any of our customers or their friends and family who haven’t yet made arrangements for their next safari then it’s easy to get in touch using our online contact form or simply hit reply to this email to let us know how we can assist. We have some superb-value special offers for travel in 2018 / 2019.

We look forward to hosting you at the Porini Camps soon!

Best wishes,
