The Responsible Tourism Awards look beyond good intentions to measurable impact, for nature, for local economies, for culture, and for the people tourism so often overlooks. From protecting biodiversity to creating real economic benefit in local communities, each category exists because someone, somewhere, is proving it’s possible to do tourism differently.
Six award categories recognising innovation in African tourism: Nature Benefiting Communities, Addressing Climate Change, Access for People With Disabilities, Communicating Responsible Tourism, Rebalancing Tourism, and All-Inclusives Can Be Responsible.
