If Zimbabwe is on your itinerary and you’re Dutch or Swedish, there’s a practical change coming that’s worth knowing about before you go: both countries are shutting their embassies in Harare. Neither closure is really about Zimbabwe itself — both are line items in much bigger, unrelated budget shuffles back home — but the effect on the ground is the same.
