Assistance to Aircraft Accident Victims and their Families

 

When an aircraft accident occurs, a well-coordinated response can make all the difference for victims and their families. This course equips CAA representatives, government officials, aircraft and airport operators, and NGOs with the practical competencies needed to support effective family assistance efforts. It is aligned with ICAO’s Policy on Assistance to Aircraft Accident Victims and their Families (Doc 9998) and the Manual on Assistance to Aircraft Accident Victims and their Families (Doc 9973).
