Air Mauritius resumes Rodrigues flights

RODRIGUES FLIGHTS RESUME AFTER CYCLONE FUNANI PASSES

Following the passage of cyclone Funani and subsequent clearance by authorities has Air Mauritius resumed full services between Plaine Corail Airport on Rodrigues and Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport on Mauritius.
Additional services were scheduled and operated at full capacity yesterday to clear the backlog of travelers between the two islands.
Air Mauritius is the national carrier of the Republic of Mauritius and currently operates a fleet of two A350-900, four A340-300, two A340-300E, two A330-200, two A319-100 and three ATR72-500, the latter used for flights to and from Rodrigues.
Air Mauritius presently flies to twenty-two destinations in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Indian Ocean
