AIRBUS A350 TO REPLACE THE A340 ON LONDON FLIGHTS FROM DECEMBER NEXT YEAR

According to OAG has Air Mauritius filed for a change of aircraft for the 2019 winter schedule for their London Heathrow flights.
The airline seems intent to operate an Airbus A350-900 on the route to London for initially two of their presently three flights, with the remaining service to be operated by the airline’s A340.
The outbound flights from Mauritius on Thursday and Saturday, returning from London to Mauritius on Friday and Sunday, will from the 05th of December next year be switched to the state of the art A359, leaving the outbound Friday service to remain with the A343, then returning from London on a Saturday.
The existing fleet of A340’s is due to be retired when additional deliveries of other Airbus family models, both A350 and A330, have been delivered to the airline.
