Serena Hotels are getting into gear again after months of lockdowns across the East African countries, which resulted to have to eventually also close down their city hotels. Staff Training
Training to ensure that the Serena staff are adequately prepared and trained on the protocols is an ongoing exercise.
The equipment that will be in use includes electrostatic disinfectant spray machines, free standing
IR thermometers for staff screening, ultraviolet disinfection wand, thermos-detection cameras as
well as minimalizing contact as much as possible.
