LAMU TOURISM ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR A MAJOR FOOD FESTIVAL OVER EASTER HOLIDAYS

News are emerging from the Kenyan archipelago of Lamu, that the town’s tourism stakeholders are planning to launch a food festival over the upcoming Easter holidays. Already renown for the ancient town’s other festivals, the Lamu Cultural Festival, the Maulidi Festival, the Lamu Painters’ Festival and the Lamu Yoga Festival will the new addition to the calendar of events only add to the appeal for travel to see Lamu.
