Last chance to enter the 2017 10to4!

Mount Kenya 10to4 Mountain Bike Challenge – Time to enter or be left out

Entries for the Fly540 10to4 close this Saturday, the 4th February. Please enter & make your payment by midnight on the 4th. If you have entered but not paid, please do so. Once entries close, briefing notes will be sent to all participants.

Please join AMREF – see ‘Essential info / Medical’ for details. It is only 1000KES per person – better to pay and not need it than not have it & require their services! AMREF can provide rapid medical evacuation, should you need to go to Nairobi

The race village, BRV, is based on Borana Conservancy. You can arrive any time from Thursday evening, departing by Sunday afternoon and camp in the race village. You can also book into the tented camp on BRV or into a local hotel or lodge, such as Borana. See ‘Accommodation’ on the website for further details.
Rusty Nail Caterers will be on site from Thursday afternoon until Sunday offering a range of food to meet all tastes – see ‘Facilities’ on the website for the menu & prices. Also available – toasted cheese sandwiches from Brown’s Cheese & Chuckies Chips.

To cool you down try one of Delia’s ice creams or have a refreshing drink from Kuki’s Bar with cold beer, Highlands Club Sodas & water.

You will have an early start on the Saturday morning, so pick up your pre-ordered bacon or egg roll from Rusty and head up the hill to the start line where Dormans Coffee will be waiting with a hot cup of coffee. Make sure you have some cash in your pocket as this may be the jump start you need!
