The much awaited Hospitality Awards Africa 2026 list is of TOP 50 MEN in Hospitality & Tourism is out and my publication congratulates everyone who made the list.
As a tourism publication I have over the years covered many of those who made the list including Dr. St.Ange himself and also Ukechi Uko of Nigeria.
The World of Tourism has reacted positively to Dr. Alain St.Ange’s name being featured on thus 2026 list. St.Ange, the recently appointed Ambassador At Large of Seychelles was the island’s known and very succesfull Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine who went as far as aspiring to take the top job for a Tourism when Seychelles nominated him as their candidate for the 2017 elections for the position of Secretary General (SG) at the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) now known as UN Tourism.
Dr. Alain St.Ange propelled tourism to new heights as a hands on tourism minister. He worked to unite the region by helping the creation of the Indian Ocean Vanilla Islands and will bee remembered for never leaving no stones unturned when looking for visibility for Seychelles tourism.
Dr. Alain St.Ange is a true succesful tourism Ambassador for Seychelles and for Africa
